Most people who come to Costa Rica come at this time of the year; the sun is shining, the air is clear, gentle breezes predominate. It’s a great time to lie on the beach and get a suntan. This is especially true at this time of snow and deep cold as I hear reported in the U.S. mid country. Even on a day like today when it is quite cool in the mountains it’s still a lot warmer than in Texas.
